With regard to work related stress, your manager is your first line of protection. If you experience stress in the work place you need to discuss with him or her to try and resolve the issue before it escalates into a major problem. This should make you more relaxed, less tired and more in control. If you feel unable to do this then visit occupational health for assistance.
