Holistic

Our approach is holistic in that Sugarman Occupational Health uses SEQOHS standards as the basis of standardisation of occupational health processes and procedures across all clients.

Standardisation will improve the ability to understand the impact of Occupational Health services, increase the efficiency of service delivery and allow for better targeting of Occupational Health interventions with the aim of a unified reduction of sickness absence to low levels.

We often work with clients to interpret data and suggest ways of refocusing existing proactive wellness initiatives, and develop new programmes to augment existing tools as best practice in the Occupational Health industry evolves.
